Raised in the fields of Vermont, my love for cooking began with a bountiful garden and chickens roaming in the fields. I was often found with my siblings, blocking off the kitchen to create a hidden restaurant. From these early experiences, my passion for food blossomed, and over time, I learned from the best in the culinary scene of New York City.

For me, knowing the origins of the ingredients is essential to creating exceptional quality and flavor. My relationships with the our famers is everything! With their bounty, I create nourishing dishes that highlight the best of each season.
