Raised in the fields of Vermont, my culinary journey began with a bountiful garden and chickens roaming freely. I was often found with my siblings, blocking off the kitchen with stools and sheets to create a secret restaurant. From these early experiences, my passion for food blossomed, and over time, I learned from the best in the culinary scene of New York City.

My creations celebrate the finest local products with a strong influence of Mediterranean flavors. Knowing the origins of the ingredients—the farmers and artisans—is essential to creating exceptional quality in my meals. I craft nourishing dishes that highlight the best each season has to offer.
